Make Room - Day 18

DAY 18 – MAKE ROOM TO WALK IN KINGDOM AUTHORITY

Scripture: Luke 10:17–20
EXAMINE
When the seventy-two return, they rejoice that “even the demons are subject to us in your name!” Jesus affirms the authority He has given them over the enemy, yet redirects their joy: “Do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.” Kingdom authority flows from our secure identity in Christ, not from spiritual hype.

APPLY
Taking new ground involves learning to stand in the authority Jesus has given
us—resisting the devil, breaking agreement with lies, and speaking the truth of
God’s Word over our lives, families, and church. Today, identify one area where
you’ve been living more like a victim than a victor in Christ.

PRAY
Thank Jesus that your name is written in heaven. In His name, renounce any lies,
shame, or fear that have held you back. Ask the Spirit to teach you how to walk
in humble, Christ-centered authority—not for your glory, but for the advance of
His kingdom
