The author of Hebrews implies that THE COVENANT IS ALL OF GOD. (7:22)
1. The new covenant is better because it has A SUPERIOR HIGH PRIEST.
2. The new covenant is better because it has A SUPERIOR HEAVENLY SANCTUARY.
3. The new covenant is better because it has A SUPERIOR FOUNDATION AND PROMISES.
• This new covenant would not only GOVERN PEOPLE’S OUTWARD BEHAVIOR but would TRANSFORM THEIR LIVES BY MAKING PROFOUND CHANGES IN THEIR MINDS AND HEARTS.
• This new covenant would RESTORE PEOPLE’S RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD and HELP THEM TO KNOW JESUS THROUGH THE MERCY AND FORGIVING GRACE OF GOD.
